Job Description
Create, maintain and extend
testing scenarios, scripts, configurations and tools for
the Company's
suite of products. Tasks may
include software requirements review, test design,
construction and execution, problem replication and
validation and additional tasks in the software
development lifecycle. May
be responsible for mentoring junior team members and leading
team initiatives.
Experience
-
4+ years software
testing and quality assurance;
multiple evaluation/testing methods experience is a plus
-
Component, function
and system testing; strong knowledge of the product
development process
-
Experience in shrink-wrap or enterprise-level
development environment
Technical Skills
-
Two years
experience or equivalent reproducing and assisting in
debugging simple software problems
-
Working
knowledge of VB, C, C++, .NET, and Java a plus
-
Windows
operating systems, including Windows client (2000, XP),
and Microsoft server operating systems; Linux experience
is a plus
- MS Office
inter-application configuration and operation
- Active Directory; other
directory services
- IT infrastructure
components, such as installation, configuration, and
administration of network services (e.g.
DNS); application and web services including .NET, IIS,
ASP.
